Meal Planning Monday II

Monday again?! These weeks are going by so quickly, which I'm actually kind of excited about as it means it's getting closer to our weekend break at Center Parcs with our friends Cat, Ollie and their gorgeous baby Alanna.

This weekend was pretty awesome, Saturday consisted of a lot of board games, Rich and I played Jaipur and 7 Wonders Duel in the afternoon, then in the evening we played One Night Ultimate Werewolf and Pandemic Legacy Season 1 with Cat and Ollie. I've been so excited to play Pandemic Legacy since we got it, as each play through affects the future play throughs by changing the rules. We lost spectacularly in our first play, doing really well until we hit a bad chain reaction outbreak of the virus (if you've played Pandemic before you'll know what I mean). It's all okay though, we're going to give it another shot soon!

This week's Meal Plan isn't that exciting, but I've got a busy week coming up with work.

Monday: Madeline Shaw's Prawn and Chilli Spaghetti - this should be made with brown rice linguine, but our supermarkets near home are pretty small, so I had to make do with wholemeal spaghetti. Never tried this recipe before though, I'm excited!
Tuesday: I'm off out bowling with work friends, so probably a burger or something.
Wednesday: Chilli from the freezer
Thursday: I've got a big meeting with work in London on Thursday so I'm not sure yet. Something quick and easy most likely.
Friday: I'm out again in the evening meeting a load of Oxford bloggers, so I'll be eating out yet again.
